Returns & Exchanges
At Inner Bellezza, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality wigs and hair extensions. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and in such cases, we offer a exchange or return within a certain period of time.
We offer 10 days free return or exchanged. It means there is 10 days time before you want to return or exchange goods, please contact us by email or telephone to discuss the problem you are concerned about first stating the reason and the order number within 10 days of receipt. And ask the customer service staff for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission. We may not receive your return goods, then we will not refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchanged, your wig/topper/extensions must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn and lace uncut, hair uncut, no color or cap adjustments made. Please note that shipping a wig back with clips open will result in severe tangling of the hair and may cause damage to the product. It must also be in the original packaging and include any gifts, such as wig comb. If exposed to odors, such as cigarette smoke or perfume, items will not be accepted.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. When we receive the products and confirm the products are in original condition, you will receive a confirmation email. The refunds will be given in 3—5 working days to your account. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and restocking fees and shipping charges may apply if you are an international customer and do not select to pay import/brokerage fees.
Rejecting a delivery or refusing to pick up an item as required may result in the item being sent back. This qualifies as an unauthorized return and increases the risk of loss of the package. If an unauthorized return is received by us, it will be returned to youto at your expense.
We must state that if the products are quality problem, we will pay the returning fee and give you a full refund. If they are personal reasons(do not like the style,wrong size or color etc.) it means that we also give you a return label and pay the return fee, we have the right to assess an additional $19 restocking fee.
Please note that items on sale and custom-made (dye) wigs are non-refundable, and any items purchased through Sezzle, Affirm, AFTERPAY, Shoppay or other Payment Plan options cannot be returned or exchanged.
NOTE: We provide a complimentary wig cap in each shipment for hygienic purposes. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return. In the event you return any wigs, please keep the cap as a gift from us to you.
